CDR Infrastructure and its partners have a well-equipped fabrication facility located at the Naval Dockyard in Lagos, Nigeria. We provide expert services in the fabrication of onshore and offshore structures. In order to maintain our internationally accepted standards, our fabrication services satisfy ISO and BS standards. Currently, we are engaged in third party inspections through SGS & Lloyds of London.

CDR Infrastructure can provide detailed design shop drawings, Off-Shore Construction and installation analysis.

Fabrication and installation of Carsson and platform deck, clamp, bracket and brace
Installation and commissioning of production platforms etc.
Electrical & Instrumentation Hook-Up and commissioning.

OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION

CDR Infrastructure and its partners have capabilities in load-out, sea-fastening, transportation and lifting of oil platforms from shore base facilities to offshore locations. Having lifted the structure onto the substructure, we could safely execute complete pipeline hook-up / tie-in to existing offshore facilities.

Our range of off-shore construction / installation activities also involves deck extension, boat landing installation, platform revamp, SBM overhaul, corrosion control, platform de-oiling and related electrical / instrumentation works.

All these involves comprehensive planning ranging from:-
HSE, Marine warranty survey, Logistics, Bunkering, Anchor pattern, lifting & rigging, material handling, scaffolding, bolting & unbolting procedures, welding procedures, pre-commissioning procedures, blasting & painting procedures amongst others with a focus in timely & quality delivery.

Our extensive experience rigging with Brownfield modifications and engages in extensive planning and work pack development to support construction activities.

CDR Infrastructure also engages in pipeline construction works in the area of riser installation, subsea tie-ins, pipeline repairs and pigging and testing works.
